The Transparent Envelope CompanyDon Lloyd has (finally! <g>) posted part 1 of a puzzle about stock ownership and the implications for stock option expensing. I've written about stock option expensing at some length, but Don's approach sweeps away the abstractness and makes the issue tangible. (For those down with the lingo, it will help you concretize the matter.) Watch this space, because I'll link to his subsequent parts also. PS., Don, why did you rename the company from Opaque to Transparent? Did it go public, or something? :) UPDATE 2004-04-01 06:48:10 UTC: part 2
